Online check in wasn’t working. Came in at 10:30 and signed in. Originally said a 23 minute wait with the stylist I chose. Got down to 3 minutes then suddenly it was saying 33 minutes. I wish I had taken a photo of the original 3 minute countdown. A customer who was waiting for first available was prioritized. Their countdown clock is deceptive and I’m hoping for some type of compensation for my extra wait time.

By far the worst haircut ever. Don't know how they can be called license stylist. I think his name was Razz (not quite sure), but had no idea of some hair cutting term, was actually using thinning shear to blend in, had to stop him. Had to go another barbershop to fix all the butchering he did. The barber could not believe a licensed stylist did this. Please have your stylists trained properly. It is almost criminal for you guys to collect money for this. NEVER AGAIN

Brought my 4 year old grandson to get a scissor cut, horrible !! The cut was uneven and there were long pieces all over the place . I should of left before the cut when I saw the man before us unhappy with his cut or at least read the reviews before going. I had to bring my grandson the next day some where else to be fixed so I spent $44 for a child to get his hair cut.NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had a haircut by Brianna on 3/9/21. All I can say is it is one of the worst cuts I have ever had. Brianna literally refused to listen to my instructions and cut my hair so short I may need to shave it all off (yes, I look that ridiculous). Her words to me were "I do this for a living, I am the expert, your opinion is irrelevant". An odd thing to say to a grown man. I work in a corporate environment and I am mortified by what Sports Clips has put me through. Brianna should not be allowed to touch another customer with her attitude. Buyer beware.

Great experience! I live in Jersey on the border and I decided to come here because I was not able to get a appointment where I live. They took care of me even though I forgot my wallet, and my stylist Allison did a amazing job , great haircut !! I was so happy that I will make the trip again for sure. Great staff and professional!

Woman cutting my hair apparently has never seen a cowlick before. Cut the back too short and it was sticking straight up when she was finished, so to fix it she just kept cutting it down til you couldn't see it. Now there is hair I can't do anything with on the back of my head thats just sticking straight up. I've gotten my haircut by 5 different stylists here and the only one who is actually good at cutting hair is the asian woman.
