My first time there, took my grandsons there...very nice people, lil pricey but nice

This is the second time I gave this branch a chance. I gave specific patches to watch out for and they still mishandled the areas. Its small enough of a mistake that I can probably grow it out in a week and have another stylist fix it. Staff were friendly, it just frustrating I didn't get the look I want.
